The New 4-Hour HOA Director Requirement Is Here 

Every Florida director for an HOA under 2,500 parcels must now complete 4 hours, and Directors for an HOA of 2,500 or more parcels must complete 8 hours of approved continuing education by June 30, 2026, under Florida Statutes Chapter 720.
