Note on 2025 Legal Update Approval
DBPR has not yet released the official rubric for the 2025 Legal Update. Despite what some other providers may claim, as of July 7, 2025, the division is working on creating the syllabus for the course and will open the approval window as soon as that is announced. We are actively monitoring for that approval window, and as soon as it opens, we will ensure this material is submitted and approved. We will also make arrangements to assign credit to managers who have already completed the course once approval is granted. This program is also currently in the approval process for 2 hours of HOA director training and to fulfill the 1 hour Condominium Association Director annual legal update requirement.
